About the role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team at THE SB CLINIC CORP' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving the achievement of our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management etc.
  • Provide leadership and support to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, making timely and effective decisions to maintain business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall growth and success of the company

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Aesthetic industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency
  • Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive customer experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization
