Position: HR Staff

Work Location: Iloilo Head Office

Job Summary: The HR Staff will include assisting in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring the efficient functioning of HR processes within the company. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that recruitment, training, and performance management strategies are aligned with the specific needs of each department and the organization's overall goals.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (major in Human Resources), Psychology, or Human Resource Management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
