We are looking for an Operations Supervisor
Job description includes supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing policies to achieve organizational goals.Key duties involve managing day-to-day operations, analyzing performance metrics, and improving processes, while also focusing on employee training, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role often requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Core responsibilities
- Staff supervision and development: Hire, train, evaluate, and manage the performance of employees, including resolving conflicts and enforcing policies.
- Daily operations management: Oversee and direct daily activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations and a focus on quality assurance.
- Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and create reports to present findings and suggest improvements.
- Policy and compliance: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
Key skills and qualifications
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and guide employees to meet performance standards.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges with initiative and experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency: Depending on the industry, may require knowledge of specific software, databases, or equipment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly implement new strategies.
Additional duties
- Budget management: Assist with developing and managing departmental budgets.
- Safety and security: Ensure a safe working environment, coordinate with security personnel, and manage incident responses.
- Customer service: Handle client and customer issues, resolve service problems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
