About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Officer to lead and oversee our organization's compliance and regulatory programs. This role ensures that all operations, transactions, and employees adhere to legal standards, internal policies, and ethical business practices. The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor degree and has proven experience managing compliance initiatives and guiding a team toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor corporate compliance programs, internal controls, and ethical standards across all departments.
  • Supervise and mentor the compliance team to ensure accurate and timely execution of compliance activities.
  • Conduct regular internal audits, investigations, and risk assessments to identify and address areas of potential non-compliance.
  • Ensure the company's permits, licenses, and registrations are secured, updated, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with government agencies and external auditors during inspections and compliance reviews.
  • Provide legal and compliance training to management and staff, promoting awareness of regulatory obligations and ethical behavior.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve compliance issues and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports and policy updates to senior management and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school (membership in the Philippine Bar is an advantage).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal affairs, or regulatory governance, with supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, labor and business laws, data privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Work Location: Century Spire Tower, Century City, Poblacion, Makati

Work Arrangement: In-person, 6 days a week (M-F 10AM to 7PM | Sat 9Am to 6PM)
