Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant to assist with x-ray analysis and note preparation. This role is designed to support doctors by saving valuable time during the diagnostic process. While you will not be responsible for providing medical diagnoses, your ability to analyze radiographic images and prepare organized notes will be essential.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze radiographic images (x-rays).
  • Compile, stitch, and organize x-rays into complete digital sets.
  • Provide clear, accurate notes and observations (non-diagnostic).
  • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with radiographic images/x-rays (clinical or academic background preferred).
  • Ability to use computer tools/software to stitch or compile x-rays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Schedule & Pay

  • Hours: 20 hours per week (5 hours per day, 4 days per week).
  • Compensation: Flat base pay of $300/month.
