About the role

Yek Yeu Merchandising, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement and storage of goods within our Tondo, Manila City warehouse. This is a crucial position that directly supports our company's supply chain operations and growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
  • Manage warehouse staff, including supervisors and associates, to optimise workflow and productivity
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise losses
  • Analyse logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Liaise with transportation providers to schedule and oversee the delivery of goods
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance supply chain efficiency

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a logistics or warehousing management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse employees
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
