Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations.

  • Managing departmental budgets, allocating resources like staff, equipment, and materials, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory processes, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and improve productivity.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier selection, freight negotiations, and route optimization to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Analyze operational data (e.g., inventory turnover, order accuracy, logistics costs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration with production managers, sales, and technical teams to align operations with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Managing departmental budgets, allocating resources like staff, equipment, and materials, and implementing cost-saving measures.
