Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell construction equipment and products to contractors, developers, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical consultations to demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and technical documentation in coordination with the sales team.
  • Provide after-sales support, addressing client concerns and coordinating with service and logistics departments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and project tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, delivery, and equipment installation.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product demonstrations as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial) or any related technical field.
  • 1–3 years experience in technical sales, construction equipment, or engineering-related industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment, systems, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of company operations and workflow, including coordination with logistics, purchasing, and service departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Customer service–oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
