Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and site visits for contractors, engineers, and procurement officers.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client requirements.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and product comparisons.
  • Train customers and internal staff on equipment usage, safety features, and maintenance guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support product positioning.
  • Coordinate with service and logistics teams for equipment deliveries, installations, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of product performance, customer inquiries, and demo results.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibits, and marketing events as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial), Business, or related technical field.
  • 1 year experience in construction equipment sales, technical support, or related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction machinery and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork and client visits.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
