About the role
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team at PTC Commercial Corporation in Tondo, Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our inventory processes to ensure efficient stock management and control. You will work closely with our purchasing and logistics teams to align inventory levels with customer demand and business requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor inventory levels and create detailed reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Analyse sales data, order patterns and historical usage to forecast future inventory needs
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise over or under-stocking
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and inefficiencies
- Implement inventory control processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide recommendations to management on inventory policies and strategies
- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and tools
- Assist with physical inventory counts and audits
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role within the manufacturing, logistics or retail industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control best practices
