Are you a proactive talent hunter with a passion for finding the right people for the right roles? As a Sourcing Specialist & Talent Pipeline Specialist, you will be a key player in our talent acquisition strategy by identifying and engaging with high-quality candidates. Your mission is to build strong pipelines and connect with both active and passive talent to meet current and future hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a wide range of sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean search, employee referrals, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future recruiting needs.
  • Perform initial screenings to assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Analyze talent market trends and competitor strategies to refine sourcing tactics.
  • Communicate our employer value proposition and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Partner with recruiters, recruitment managers, and sourcing supervisors to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with hiring objectives.
  • Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track sourcing metrics to optimize performance.
Who are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing or similar recruitment-focused role.
  • Strong command of Boolean search techniques, ATS systems, online sourcing tools, and social recruiting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Analytical thinker who can interpret data and use insights to improve sourcing performance.
  • Team player with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
