Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the current and future needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to create a seamless and positive candidate experience, while ensuring alignment with our company's goals, values, and diversity objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels including databases, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job fairs, etc.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional process

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
