Responsibilities Conduct store visits to monitor staff performance and store operations. Ensure proper jewelry display & visual merchandising. Implement and oversee marketing campaigns.

Train and support regional managers, store managers, and clerks. Analyze sales trends and report findings to headquarters. Requirements 3-5 years experience in marketing or retail management (jewelry experience is a plus) Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills Knowledge of visual merchandising & sales strategies Willing to travel for store visits Why Join
