HR MANAGER

· Oversees all aspects of human resources, combining operational HR tasks (recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations) with strategic initiatives (policy development, performance management, and KPI monitoring).

· Reports directly to the Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and workplace engagement
  • Draft and update HR policies and employee handbook
  • Assist partners in setting KPIs and implement performance reviews
  • Support general office administration

What we're looking for

  • At least 3-5 years HR experience (generalist or managerial)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in performance management and KPI setting is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to interact with both staff and Partners
  • Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
