Head of Human Resources
to lead and strengthen our HR function across all levels of the organization.

Job Overview

The
HR Head
will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations, ensuring alignment with business goals while promoting a productive, compliant, and employee-focused workplace. This leadership role is best suited for a seasoned HR professional with over
10 years of experience
, particularly in
employee relations, compensation and benefits
, and
organizational development
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business direction.
  • Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and exit processes.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a harmonious and legally compliant work environment.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead organizational development efforts, including performance management systems, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements, including DOLE and government-mandated benefits.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address manpower needs, team performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR team and support leadership in driving a culture of engagement, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PMAP) is an advantage.
  • Minimum
    10 years of progressive HR experience
    , with at least
    5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
    .
  • Preferably with experience in the
    manufacturing or FMCG sector

  • Expertise in
    employee relations

    compensation and benefits

    organizational development
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and high emotional intelligence.
