JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Business Development (Office Fit-Out and Residential)
The Company
ARTON
is a premier architectural and construction firm based in Mandaluyong City, specializing in the design and delivery of bespoke high-end residential properties and refined commercial office fit-outs. Our work is defined by a commitment to timeless design, flawless execution, and deep collaboration with clients who demand both aesthetic distinction and functional performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and office fit-out markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, developers, real estate professionals, corporate offices, and design consultants.
- Collaborate with senior management and the design team to tailor proposals and presentations based on client needs and project type.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify gaps in the market.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of bid documents, RFP responses, and business proposals.
- Represent ARTON in networking events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and regularly update the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, project leads, conversion rates, and business development KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing to support campaign development, social media content, and brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the architecture, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction services, particularly in residential and office fit-out projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to do client site visits and attend external meetings/events as needed.
