the Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspection of store facilities, equipment, and utilities
  • Perform basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance concerns reported by store teams
  • Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment, exhaust systems, lighting, and refrigeration units
  • Coordinate with external service providers when major repairs are needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of storage, work areas, and maintenance tools
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and service interruptions
  • Assist in setting up fixtures, signage, or minor carpentry work as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure all work adheres to store standards
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports or updates to the Operations/Facilities team

Key Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or vocational course related to maintenance
  • With experience in repairs, facilities upkeep, or maintenance work (food/retail background is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)
  • Can work independently and manage multiple repair tasks
  • Willing to travel to different store branches for scheduled and emergency maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
