Job Overview:
The Motorcycle Technician is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for the final assembly, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and activation of all new motorcycles. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The technician also serves as the in-house technical expert, maintaining the condition of all inventory and training sales staff on new models. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles, committed to quality workmanship, and dedicated to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), final assembly, and activation for all sold motorcycles, ensuring each unit meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and cosmetic quality before customer handover.
· Safeguard and maintain the entire motorcycle inventory, performing regular checks and careful handling to prevent damage and ensure all units remain in pristine, sellable condition.
· Serve as the branch's primary technical expert by actively participating in manufacturer-led training to stay current on new models and technologies, and by training the sales team on product features and specifications.
· Meticulously complete and process all required service documentation, including PDI checklists and work orders, while managing the warranty activation process to ensure full compliance.
Key Requirements:
· Vocational or technical school certification in Motorcycle Mechanics/Technology is highly preferred.
· Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or technician, with strong diagnostic, repair, and assembly skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
· Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
· A strong commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new motorcycle technologies.
· Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff (e.g., the sales team).
· Organized and capable of maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
