Warehouse Personnel are responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing products, materials, and supplies. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders and packing lists.

  • Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Storage and Organization:

  • Properly store materials in designated locations within the warehouse.

  • Ensure products are organized, labeled, and stored safely to optimize space and accessibility.

Order Picking and Packing:

  • Accurately pick products from storage areas based on order slips or instructions.

  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.

  • Report any discrepancies or shortages to the Warehouse Manager.

Safety and Maintenance:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing warehouse duties.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical work environment requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting.

  • May be required to work in varying temperatures depending on the season.

  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php645.00 per day
