Gomeco Metal Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in our Valenzuela City, Metro Manila office. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve our ambitious growth targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Valenzuela City office.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed their targets
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to senior management
What we're looking for
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the metal manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
