About the role

Gomeco Metal Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal products, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with the responsibility of driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients across various industries
  • Researching and analyzing market trends to identify new growth areas and target high-potential customers
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and overall performance
  • Supporting the wider business development team and contributing to the overall growth strategy
  • Develop new product line
  • Develop new income streams

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a business development or sales management role, preferably in the trading, manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills to secure new business deals
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer needs
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales analytics software
