Account Sales Secretary
Location: Culiat, Tandang Sora, Quezon City
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and respond promptly to inquiries
- Identify prospective clients and conduct sales calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and send sales quotations
- Create job orders, monitor production progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor client payments and coordinate follow-ups when necessary
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient, results-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
- Excellent time-management skills
- Prior experience in marketing, purchasing, sales, and/or administration is a plus
- Willing to work in Quezon City
- College graduate
