OFFICE / EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our team as an Office/Executive Secretary. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and administrative skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Job Description:
Provide reliable, timely, efficient, and effective administrative information and assistance to the management. Support the preparation of presentations, correspondence, letters, memos, and manage schedules and other clerical functions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business or 4-year course
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in an executive support role is an advantage, but we also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow with us.
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in organized settings
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other communication tools
