EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Business Studies/Administration/Management course or equivalent

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting and government compliance is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer top-notch administrative and secretarial support to management heads.
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and prepare memos or correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and memos, redirecting them as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

WORK LOCATION
