Operations Analyst

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Analyst to join our growing Operations team. This role is primarily focused on ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operational workflows — from onboarding and audits to account monitoring and process improvement.

While the core of the position is General Operations, you will also get light exposure to Reputation Management tasks, giving you a rounded perspective of how brand perception connects with operational excellence. (Reputation work is supportive only, not a primary KPI.)

This role is perfect for someone who's equal parts communicator, strategist, and digital detective.

What You'll Be Owning

General Operations (Core Focus)

  • Manage onboarding activities (e.g., GBL setup, domain/email configuration, QR code creation, tool integrations).
  • Conduct operational and SEO audits, compile reports, and maintain dashboards/sheets.
  • Oversee request inboxes (cancellations, escalations, troubleshooting) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and resolve error tags across onboarding, client, brand, and website areas, applying corrective actions.
  • Provide support with password resets, Apple Maps, GoRubix/GoDaddy configurations, and similar admin tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records in ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio for tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in automation initiatives and urgent operational requests (e.g., GA/GSC issues).

Reputation Management (Supportive)

  • Support monitoring of client reputation on online platforms and review sites.
  • Draft responses to reviews when needed, ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Track sentiment trends via tools such as Google Business Profile and Metricool.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or insights related to online brand perception.

What You Bring to the Party

  • Background in operations support, process management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with online reputation platforms is a plus (not required).
  • Solid understanding of operational workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset; comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
