In this role, you will be our go-to expert for:

  • Managing corrections, deletions, and duplicate removals for time and cost entries.
  • Processing client and matter modifications, ensuring compliance with the firm's Global Pricing Guidelines.
  • Reviewing and addressing corrections for automated time and cost loads.
  • Prioritizing inquiries and following up with relevant parties as needed.
  • Updating timekeeper records, including billing rates.
  • Processing and maintaining new client and matter rate exceptions and discounts.
  • Ensuring all required approvals and documentation are recorded in 3E in accordance with the firm's Global Pricing Guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1+ year as a Data Analyst in BPO/Shared Services, Finance, or Legal Operations. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Familiarity with financial systems (Elite 3E is an advantage).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Data Analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Must be amenable to work in any shift (preferably US Night Shift) schedule and in hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week).
