About the Role

As a Credit Operations Analyst (Data Analyst), you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Retail Credit Operations Division. You will be responsible for the creation of reports, providing data-driven insights, process optimization, and managing different business initiatives.

How you'll contribute

  • Creation and maintenance of dashboard/MIS reports used by Retail Credit Operations Division.
  • Keep track of business targets and productivity of the core operation teams.
  • Collaborate with different teams within the division to identify and support their analytical needs.
  • Identify process gaps and potential improvement in the current process that will bring positive value to the business.
  • End to end management of strategic projects initiated by the department and perform post monitoring to ensure that the projected business impact is met.

What we're looking for

  • With relevant experience in data analytics and capable of generating data-driven insights.
  • Must have knowledge of different programming languages and ETL tools such as SQL/AWS/SAS/Python/R.
  • With expertise on optimizing processes that generates positive value to the business
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different key stakeholders.
  • Must have knowledge and exposure to lending and/or banking business or credit operations processes
