About the Role

Our client is seeking a Client Success Support Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding, seamless support, and outstanding experiences for their clients.

This role combines marketing support, client service, and project coordination, making it perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives on collaboration. You'll work closely with Client Services and Sales teams to support onboarding, asset creation, testing, reporting, and process improvements—all while keeping client satisfaction at the centre.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

  • With at least 3 years of experience in account/client support, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with project management tools preferred).
  • Ability to create SOPs and process documentation.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or proposal software is a plus.
  • Amenable to working on-site in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu City)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Update marketing copy, test templates, and prepare client-facing reports.
  • Assist in onboarding clients, setting up templates, and completing admin tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client queries with clear, professional communication.
  • Support project delivery by tracking milestones and ensuring accurate time tracking.
  • Maintain SOPs for efficient processes and streamlined operations.
  • Use to manage workflows and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and ready for the client.
