About the Role
We are seeking Administrative Assistants to support Australian businesses in the Finance Industry. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including file management, email coordination, general admin support, and client communication. You may also assist with social media management when needed.
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)- Completed at least 2 years of college education (any course).
Minimum of 3 years' work experience in any of the following fields: banking, finance and commerce, customer service, accounting, sales and e-commerce, marketing, or human resources.
Experience in administrative or operations support roles is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of database management tools and general computer literacy.
- Background in invoicing, complex administrative tasks, or client relations is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong email and calendar management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Willing to work on-site at our Cebu City or Davao City office.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and form or loan application processing.
- Manage emails and calendars efficiently to support daily operations.
- Update and maintain client records using the company's CRM system.
- Handle client coordination and communication (prospective, new, and existing clients).
- Provide basic social media administration support when required.
- Support process documentation and improvement initiatives as needed.
- Conduct research, reporting, and vendor management tasks as assigned.
