Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels and track incoming/outgoing materials
  • Prepare purchase orders and review supplier requirements
  • Supervise and support production staff, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Assist with quality control and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in production, materials management, or logistics is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
