We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the lynchpin of our production process, ensuring that all logistics, schedules, and communications run smoothly from pre-production to the final wrap. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with on-the-ground coordination. Minimum Qualifications: Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate the availability of hosts, guests, and crew. You will maintain and update production calendars and timelines to keep everyone aligned.
  • Shoot Logistics: Manage all logistical requirements for shoots, including booking locations, arranging transportation, and securing equipment. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are secured.
  • On-Site Coordination: Provide essential support during shoots. You will assist with troubleshooting last-minute issues, ensuring that hosts and guests are comfortable and well-briefed on the process.
  • Stakeholder Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for hosts, guests, and merchants, ensuring their needs are met and all questions are answered.
  • Production Support: Collaborate with the production lead and assistants to ensure workflows are followed. You'll track shoot notes, attendance, and other crucial documentation.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on production status and suggest improvements to streamline our coordination processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or project management role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage schedules for multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset; comfortable with troubleshooting and making quick decisions.
  • Familiarity with production workflows and a basic knowledge of media or podcast production is a big plus.
