Job Summary:

Pharmacy Coordinator who will be responsible for roving across designated drugstores in the South Luzon area. The role involves monitoring product availability, supporting promotions, coordinating with store personnel, and ensuring proper implementation of company standards in assigned locations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Professional and able to follow instructions.
  • Willing to travel early within the South Luzon area (Cavite, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, and Parañaque).
  • Confident, with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Pleasing appearance and personality.
  • Can commit to the full duration of the project.
  • Preferably with prior experience as a Coordinator.
  • With experience in promoting pharmaceutical products (an advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in coordination, fieldwork, or retail operations is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned drugstores regularly to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, product displays, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with pharmacists and store staff to resolve operational concerns.
  • Support marketing programs and implement merchandising initiatives.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports on store visits and issues encountered.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and partner drugstores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
