KRA 1: LEASE CONTRACT & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

  • Administer and track lease agreements, renewals, relocations, and terminations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to validate requirements and ensure smooth execution of obligations.
  • Liaise with landlords and property partners to clarify terms, resolve issues, and ensure commitments are met.

KRA 2: EXPANSION & STORE GROWTH SUPPORT

  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights that guide network planning and site selection.
  • Assist in preparing feasibility studies, business cases, and financial projections to support site approvals.
  • Attend site inspections, measurements, turnovers, and handover meetings on behalf of or alongside the BD Manager.

KRA 3: ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROCESS SUPPORT

  • Ensure a systematic filing system for offers, payments, contracts, award notices, and award kits, etc.
  • Track and monitor key dates and milestones across contracts and expansion projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project timelines to support BD activities.
