What You'll Do

As a
Business Development Manager,
 you will be responsible for winning new business, building a strong understanding of client businesses, and selling LeadManager to key decision-makers in the construction sector. This is a pure business development role, with Account Managers handling post-sale client success.

Your Key Responsibilities:


• 
Prospect & Generate Leads
– Identify potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.


• 
Qualify Opportunities
 – Understand client challenges and present tailored LeadManager solutions to senior decision-makers.


• 
Consultative Selling
 – Deliver compelling product demonstrations and craft bespoke proposals aligned to client needs.


• 
Close Deals
– Manage a high-performance sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.



Market Expansion
– Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities across Southeast Asia

What We're Looking For

Sales & Industry Expertise

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solution selling.
  • Proven ability to sell into complex, high-value environments.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Experience in construction or related industries is a plus but not required.

Proven Track Record

  • History of consistently exceeding sales targets and revenue KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate significant business through proactive outreach and activity-driven selling.

Deal Closure & Negotiation

  • Skilled in objection handling and closing deals efficiently in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to influence decisions at all levels.

Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven

  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Uses data to optimize pipeline management, improve conversions, and drive engagement.
