Job Description:

Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally

Log calls accurately in our Call Log System

Coordinate with other business units and branches

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Provide clear and helpful information to customers and internal teams

Address customer complaints and work towards resolutions

Handle escalated issues requiring in-depth problem solving

Facilitate booking requests and cancellations

Manage walk-in customers at the Pier site or branches

Respond to emails and social media inquiries

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent communication skills

Customer-oriented attitude

Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

Willing to learn and adapt quickly
