Are you a dynamic retail professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams? We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to oversee our flagship iMart Grocers store in Tondo, Metro Manila. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and inspiring your team to achieve ambitious sales and performance targets. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within our expanding organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budget oversight
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of department managers and frontline associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  3. Implement and monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and meet strategic business goals
  4. Foster a positive, customer-centric culture and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised store environment
  5. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase sales, expand market share, and enhance the store's competitiveness
  6. Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the grocery or supermarket industry
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and key stakeholders
  5. Proficient in using technology and data-driven tools to drive operational efficiency and decision-making
  6. A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
