About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Branch Service Associate to join our team at the City Savings Bank branch in Tondo, Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional banking services and support to our valued customers. What you'll be doing

1. Efficiently process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account inquiries
2. Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
3. Accurately maintain detailed records and ensure the proper handling of cash and other financial instruments
4. Actively cross-sell and promote the bank's products and services to customers, contributing to the growth of our customer base
5. Participate in regular training programs to stay updated on banking regulations, procedures, and new product offerings
6. Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
3. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of financial transactions
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a quick learner of new banking systems and technologies
5. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct
6. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
