Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide end-to-end support in loan operations — from application processing to collection — while also serving as Executive Assistant to the General Manager. The role requires someone experienced in lending operations, with strong organizational skills to balance loan administration, client coordination, and executive support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of client documents.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Treasury, and other internal departments for loan approval and release.
  • Monitor loan accounts, maintain updated records, and assist in follow-ups for collections.
  • Prepare reports, loan trackers, and other required documentation for management.
  • Assist the General Manager in administrative duties including scheduling, communications, and project coordination.
  • Handle client inquiries, appointments, and escalations as directed by the General Manager.
  • Provide overall administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1–2 years of relevant experience
    in loans administration, credit processing, or collections in a financial institution.
  • Prior experience as an assistant to senior management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
