
Business Development Manager – Outsourcing Services

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B Corporate Sales) with extensive experience in outbound sales calls, client presentations, and lead generation for an outsourcing company (VAs, Social Media Managers, Designers, Programmers, and Back-Office Support).
The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, work effectively in a team environment, and consistently meet sales quotas and performance targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients seeking outsourcing solutions (VAs, Designers, Developers, SMM, Back-Office Support, etc.).
- Conduct outbound sales activities including prospecting, email marketing, cold calling, and client presentations to generate qualified leads.
- Develop customized proposals and quotations aligned with client needs and company capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team for onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement lead generation campaigns and brand positioning strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, outsourcing sales, or BPO sales with a strong network of international clients.
- Expertise in outsourcing/offshoring models and Philippine BPO industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, proposal writing, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and customer service skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
