Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the client's internal marketing team for branding and campaign coordination
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and suggest optimizations
  • Create, schedule, and send email campaigns using the company's internal CRM system
  • Manage email lists, ensure segmentation accuracy, and track performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions)
  • Perform A/B testing for email subject lines, content formats, or send times
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all marketing materials
  • Compile regular performance reports for both email and social media campaigns

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media and/or email marketing
  • Strong written English and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and CRM-based email tools
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and suggest actionable improvements
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Willing to work on-site in Angeles Pampanga
  • Must be available to work on a US shift schedule
  • Attendance will follow US holidays
