Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for Crabs N Crack. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities both online and offline, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor marketing trends and recommend new strategies to strengthen the brand's market position.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms, materials, and store branches.
- Oversee the development of visual and digital content, including menus, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to maintain brand standards.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage the brand's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using metrics and analytics tools.
4. Promotions & Events
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events that drive customer traffic.
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers, partner brands, and community events.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports.
5. Customer Engagement & Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and business partners.
- Manage customer feedback and online reputation across various platforms.
- Create strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
6. Budget Management & Reporting
- Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Provide monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and marketing KPIs to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food, restaurant, or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and brand strategy.
- Proficient in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience managing a restaurant brand or multi-branch F&B business.
- Knowledge of current food trends and customer behavior in the local market.
- Passion for food, creativity, and delivering unique dining experiences.
