The Marketing Associate - assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to drive customer engagement and increase sales. This role involves managing promotional campaigns, overseeing online delivery operations, updating menus, and supporting influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities- Marketing Associate

  • Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and special offers to drive customer traffic and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials, including flyers, digital ads, and in-store signage.
  • Support the registration and compliance process for promotional activities and business permits with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
  • Ensure all promotional materials and activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the management of online delivery platforms, ensuring accurate menu listings, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve any issues and optimize the delivery process.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the stores menu both online and in-house, including new item additions, pricing changes, and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of menu information across all platforms and materials.
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives by identifying potential influencers, coordinating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Manage affiliate marketing efforts, including outreach, collaboration, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the stores brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and community outreach programs to enhance the store visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and online delivery operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
