Job Summary:

The Online Marketing Supervisor oversees the social media selling pages of P.A. Properties for projects located in the South area. This role focuses on implementing online sales initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and managing digital inquiries to help achieve sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all sales inquiries received through the company's social media selling pages covering the South area.
  • Develop and execute approved online sales strategies designed to generate quality leads and meet internet marketing targets.
  • Carry out online ad campaigns and promotional programs according to the approved budget and schedule (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Prepare and maintain a posting calendar for weekly and monthly ads, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Strengthen the company's social media presence, particularly on Facebook, by creating engaging and visually appealing content that attracts followers and increases engagement.
  • Regularly post interactive and informative content—such as home improvement ideas, DIY projects, health tips, and investment insights—to keep the audience active and interested.
  • Oversee and monitor paid advertisements, ensuring inquiries are managed promptly and efficiently to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database with updated contact details and information gathered from social media and sponsored ads.
  • Supervise the daily operations of Internet Marketing Specialists (sellers)—guiding them in handling leads and ensuring conversion from inquiry to presentation, tripping, and closing.
  • Promote a positive brand image online by encouraging favorable feedback and professionally addressing any negative comments.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internet marketing sellers to support their productivity and retention.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering online campaigns, leads, trippings, and sales results, and recommend improvements when needed.
  • Assist Internet Marketing Sellers in client interactions—via phone calls, emails, chat, meetings, or visits as required.
  • Process monthly sales reports, requests for payments, and sellers' allowances.
  • Address sellers' concerns, commission processing, and release of incentives promptly.
  • Keep updated on product details, pricing, promotions, and packages.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging online selling opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business course
  • With at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Basic computer skills, sales copywriting, content writing, Digital Marketing skills, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-per-click), Social media savvy
  • Excellent communication and human relations skills
  • Good facilitation skills and leadership skills.
