Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in SEO, HubSpot marketing automation, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, improving organic search performance, and managing campaigns that support lead generation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Improve organic search rankings across target keywords and markets.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to enhance visibility and ranking.
- Create new SEO-driven content to attract and retain the target audience.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.
HubSpot Marketing Automation
- Create, schedule, and manage EDM (email direct marketing) campaigns.
- Build automated workflows and lead nurturing sequences within HubSpot.
- Manage contact segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Utilize HubSpot analytics to generate marketing performance reports for management.
- Support continuous improvement of lead conversion funnels through automation insights.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and post engaging social media content across company platforms (1–2 posts per week).
- Develop campaigns aligned with the brand's tone and business goals.
- Monitor engagement metrics and respond to community interactions where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Experience with paid search (Google Ads or similar) is an advantage.
- Support the setup and optimization of SEM campaigns as needed.
AI-Driven Marketing Innovation
- Explore and evaluate AI-powered marketing tools to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize audience targeting, content personalization, and workflow automation.
- Stay current with emerging AI marketing technologies and recommend integration opportunities to improve marketing outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to SEO, HubSpot, and social media.
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, content optimization, and website analytics.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and campaign automation tools.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a willingness to explore and implement AI solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
