Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant provides support in implementing and tracking various marketing initiatives, ensuring that all promotional and communication activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the dissemination of promotions, announcements, and events across online and digital platforms.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and certificates for company events such as Grand Kapulungan, PKS, Special Training, and other sales gatherings.
  • Handle sellers' requests promptly, including the printing of buyer documents, preparation of seller IDs, and other related administrative tasks.
  • Encode seller accreditation forms and submit regular accreditation monitoring reports within the required timeframe.
  • Process accreditation agreements for the Puno, AVP for Sales, and Division Manager.
  • Perform other marketing or administrative duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four-year business course
  • Basic computer skills
  • With minimum experience in Real Estate
  • Proficient in written and oral communications
  • High customer service orientation
  • Innovative, creative, and attentive to the latest trends in Digital Marketing
