About the role

Bestguard Sales & Marketing Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Staff to join our growing team in our Binondo, Manila City location. As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of our warehouse inventory and ensuring efficient stock management to support the overall operations of our business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct regular stock takes and audits to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Process incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Assist with the management of warehouse operations, including organising storage spaces and ensuring items are properly labelled and stored
  • Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to provide up-to-date inventory information and support order fulfillment
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with inventory to ensure stock integrity
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, reports, and documentation related to inventory management

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of 4 years relevant coursework such as logistics or supply chain management or any business course.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in an inventory or warehouse role in the manufacturing.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets)
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues.
