Technical Sales/Executive Engineer

A Technical Sales/Executive Engineer is responsible for driving B2B sales and managing strategic customer relationships within the electrical and solar industry. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, setting and achieving sales targets, and coordinating with marketing to expand market reach.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- At least 1-2 years of industry experience in a Business to Business (B2B), Large/Strategy Customer Segment / Business Development / Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage to High Voltage electrical equipment and services or related products/services and/or related industry is required for this position.
- With background also in SOLAR Products / Industry.
- Setting and achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Generating high-quality sales leads.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Meeting up or visiting clients to present the company, solutions, and services.
- Managing clients met and unmet needs or requirements.
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Design Engineers, and Technical teams to develop aligned solutions and strategies that optimize value for both the client and the company.
- Preparing technical and financial proposals and documents ensuring completeness, comprehensiveness, and compliance.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Negotiating contracts with clients, distributors and manufacturers to increase value. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Securing input from all client stakeholders and adapting the sales strategy as necessary to ensure appropriate support and deal close.
- Following up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Opportunistically pursuing additional business development opportunities with clients for long-term partnership.
- Attending product enablement meetings to expand knowledge on products and solutions that could address client needs.
- Helping customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems.
