Responsibilities

  • Sales activities
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Generating leads from identified channels
  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability
  • Relation & follow-up job with patients on the Processing list and the Waiting list
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports
  • Attending to weekly and monthly meetings
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Maintaining client records using a CRM system
  • Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer
  • Post-sale follow-up

Job Requirements

  • At least an undergraduate student in the fields of Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management but a Bachelor's/College Degree in these programs or equivalent is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent is not required but is an advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn and is determined
  • Excels in time management and punctual to work
  • Disciplined and has structured work ethic
  • With good English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Required skill(s): sales, leads, time management
  • Can work with a team
