About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at ALL ASIA MANPOWER SERVICES, INC.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email channels. The role is based in our Las Pinas City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat and email channels in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager as needed
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • 6 months of BPO experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including chat and email platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and Filipino
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
