Job Description:
- Collect all charge slip from different departments (Pharmacy/CSR, Laboratory, ER, Radiology, Diagnostic, Hemodialysis & Nurse Station Dept.).
- Encode charges from Nurse Station that are not using the system due to lack of computer; No System connection yet. (Nursery Dept., & other Nurse Station Dept.).
- Sort and separate out all charge slip by name of patients.
- Check Final diagnosis, PF Form, Discharged slip attached to Patient Chart before discharged Cash & HMO patients.
- Call Physician w/o Professional fee from the patient charts.
- Call HMO Office for the LOA (Letter of Approval) of Patient who are already ordered by their physician to go home.
- Do a copy for all Charging departments, Nurse Stations of Daily Monitoring Report/Billing Monitoring Report of yellow star patients.
